Refund Policy

At Theorem Team, we strive to deliver exceptional value through our Shopify services and solutions. Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital services and the time investment involved, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. General Policy

All purchases of services (including but not limited to web design, Shopify setup, CRO services, marketing, app development, and consulting) are non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been shared. This includes full projects, retainers, and any custom solutions tailored for your business.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate payment made in error.
No service rendered within 14 days of payment and no work initiated.
Project cancellation by Theorem Team before the service begins.

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please contact us at info@theoremteam.net within 7 days of your transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

Change of mind after project commencement.
Delay caused by the client (e.g., unresponsiveness, late feedback).
Client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences once agreed-upon deliverables are met.
Digital products, templates, or downloadable materials.

4. Project Pauses or Termination

If a project is paused by the client for more than 30 days without notice, Theorem Team reserves the right to close the project. No refund will be issued for unused hours or deliverables in such cases.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage resolving any issues directly with us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may incur legal action and collection costs.
